Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Complete refund except for service charges
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: €50 for credit card transactions
Conditions: Cancellation must be submitted in writing through email or over the phone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half of the total cost of the charter
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: €25 subtracted from the refund
Conditions: A legitimate reason is mandatory; administrative fees apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Refunds are not provided
Exception: Exceptional situations can be taken into consideration
Alternative: At the discretion of management, charter credit may be given
Conditions: Proof is required for emergency scenarios
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Your safety is our main concern. In the event our certified captain determines weather conditions are too dangerous for charter operations, we provide several alternatives:
- Full Refund: Receive a complete refund if it's not feasible to reschedule
- Reschedule: Transfer your charter to a future available slot with no extra charge
- Charter Credit: Obtain a credit that is good for one year from your original charter date
Weather Assessment Process
We conduct a comprehensive weather evaluation consisting of:
- Assessing wind speeds and directions
- Considering wave heights and maritime conditions
- Evaluating visibility and rain predictions
- Heeding Coast Guard bulletins and cautions
- Expert captain's assessment of safety
Decision Timeline: Determinations regarding weather cancellations are concluded at least 4 hours prior to the planned departure time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We recognize that unexpected medical emergencies may arise. Instances that could be eligible for special refund considerations include:
- An abrupt illness or injury that necessitates hospital admission
- Passing of a direct family member
- Unforeseen military duty or urgent recalls
- Compulsory jury service or legal subpoenas
- Natural catastrophes impacting your journey
Documentation Requirements
Emergency refund claims require the provision of the following:
- A doctor's certification or hospital records
- A death notice, if pertinent
- Formal military deployment papers
- A judicial summons or jury duty instruction
- Travel warnings or state of emergency announcements
Processing: We handle emergency fund reimbursement requests within a timeframe of 3-5 working days after the submission of the necessary paperwork.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Issues
Should the designated vessel encounter insolvable mechanical failures:
- Alternative Vessel: We shall endeavor to supply a similar replacement
- Full Refund: Provided if no appropriate substitute can be found
- Partial Refund: Adjustments made if replacement vessel’s price differs
- Compensation: We may offer extra compensation for the inconvenience
Crew Unavailability
In the uncommon instance of certified crew non-availability:
- Substitute crew will be sourced when feasible
- Complete refund if the charter is unable to proceed
- Reschedule at no added charge

Payment Method
Refund transfers will initiate back to the initial payment method applied during booking:
- Credit Cards: Approximately 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: Typically within 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: Generally 3-5 business days

€50 charge for terminations made beyond 72 hours ahead of time
Bank Transfer Processing
€25 imposition on all bank transfer reimbursements
International Processing
Supplementary charges may be applicable for international transactions
Charter Credits
When Credits Are Offered
Credits for future charters may be provided instead of refunds under certain conditions:
- Untimely cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
- Cancellations due to weather conditions
- Requests for voluntary rescheduling
- Disruptions in operations
Credit Terms
- Validity: Lasts for 12 months from the date of issuance
- Transferability: Cannot be transferred to other individuals
- Value: Represents the total value of the booked charter (excludes processing costs)
- Usage: Applicable for any future charters subject to availability
- Expiration: Extensions not allowed beyond the 12-month limit
Partial Service Refunds
Service Interruptions
In the event your hired boat service is disrupted or concludes earlier due to issues we are responsible for:
- Prorated reimbursement based on the duration not utilized
- Credit for a future boat hire of equivalent value
- Complimentary extra services or enhancements
Guest-Related Interruptions
Should the boat hire end prematurely owing to the behavior of a guest or violations of safety measures:
- No reimbursement for the portion not used
- Outstanding balance must be fully settled
- Potential for extra fees
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement with our refund decision, options include:
- Appeal to our management team for reconsideration
- Supply added proof or documents
- Seek assistance from consumer defense agencies
- Investigate legal options under the governing law

- We highly advocate securing travel insurance
