What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include top-tier refreshments and appetizers, while corporate charters include conference facilities and business catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and significant celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks earlier ensures better availability and allows time for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our foremost concern. If the captain determines the weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose rescheduling your charter for the soonest possible date or provide a complete refund. We keep a diligent watch on meteorological conditions and will communicate with you 24 hours before your scheduled departure should the forecast be uncertain.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own provisions and non-alcoholic drinks. We also offer a first-class catering service that can adapt menus to suit your tastes. Kindly note, for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Our mission is to be as inclusive as possible. Certain yachts in our fleet are more accessible than others. We urge you to discuss your specific accessibility needs when you make your reservation, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and organize the necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations taking place 72 hours in advance of the departure time will be refunded in full. Those occurring between 24–72 hours prior are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours are typically non-refundable, with exceptions allowed for inclement weather or mechanical issues originating on our end.
